 Excavate level, layout foundation footprint with string, install first drain minimum of 1 foot outside the footprint. |
 Place second drain inside the footprint, install minimum of 6" of crushed stone. |
 Level stone with laser level and compact between drains with a plate compactor. |
 Place first corner panel. Caulk panel end around bolt holes in three rows top to bottom. |
 Place next panel. |
 Continue placing panels around footprint. |
 Last panel being placed. Foundation wall is now complete - laser level, square and plumb. |
 Place plastic air gap wrap where foundation is to be backfilled. |
 Pour concrete floor inside panels. |
